Cancellations and Missed Appointments:
Please note that there is a fee for missed appointments, which cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid directly by the patient. To avoid these fees, please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel.
Fee for All Appointments: $25 if you do not provide 24 hours' notice for cancellation.
It is crucial to communicate any changes to your schedule.
